Simi is a product of Vitruvio Ventures LLC. This policy explains how Simi handles information when you use the Simi website or Chrome extension.

Information Simi processes

Simi processes structured product-page information from supported retailer pages, such as the page URL, retailer, product name, brand, selected size or variant, visible price, and product identifiers when available. Simi uses this information to return product comparison context.

Information you provide

If you join the waitlist, Simi collects your email address and any optional information you choose to provide. We use this information to send launch and early-access updates. Joining the waitlist does not trigger an automatic confirmation email. You can ask us to remove your email by contacting support@trysimi.ai.

Information Simi does not need

Simi does not need your retailer account password, payment card details, private messages, or non-public retailer account pages to provide product comparisons.

How information is used

Information is used to resolve the current product page, check product identity, provide comparison rows when evidence is available, improve product matching, and maintain service reliability.

Sharing

Simi does not sell personal information. We may use service providers to operate the website, extension, backend, analytics, infrastructure, support, and security.

Limited Use

Simi’s use of information received from Chrome APIs will adhere to the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Anonymizing or aggregating extension user data does not remove those restrictions.
